Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and CQ9 Casino Malaysia ("CQ9", "Platform", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://cq9.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the CQ9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, games, promotions, and content made available through CQ9 Casino Malaysia, including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slot games, esports wagering, and any other gaming products we may introduce from time to time.

CQ9 operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Users are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to participation. CQ9 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your specific location.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account on CQ9, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. CQ9 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered members. This applies universally and without exception.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, as a natural person. Corporate, trust, or nominee registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or located within a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited under local law at the time of registration or use.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended CQ9 account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at any given time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of CQ9 or its affiliated technology or game-provider partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. CQ9 relies on the information provided to conduct identity verification, process payments, and deliver account-related communications. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your login credentials to any third party. CQ9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from a failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the CQ9 support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16 of this Agreement. CQ9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the affected account pending resolution.

CQ9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All deposit amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are generally processed and credited instantly. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, Users are advised to contact CQ9 support with their transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. CQ9 targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for most withdrawal requests during regular operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional compliance checks are required.

• CQ9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds where transaction patterns raise compliance concerns.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until all active Bonus Funds wagering requirements attached to a User's account have been satisfied or forfeited.
• CQ9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees levied by payment providers are outside CQ9's control and are the responsibility of the User.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawal amounts are subject to the prevailing network fee at the time of transaction. The equivalent MYR value is calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing.

CQ9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly within each promotion. For example, a bonus subject to a 35x wagering requirement requires the User to place aggregate bets totalling 35 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held in separate balances. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion; Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements.
• CQ9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated multi-account exploitation, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of their wagering conditions.

All games available on CQ9 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure randomness and fairness. Sports betting odds are set by CQ9's sportsbook engine and reflect real-time market conditions for events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC bouts, and other sporting events covered by the Platform.

Users acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk. CQ9 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game or betting activity. All wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. CQ9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, arising from a system fault, or where the odds or game result was clearly erroneous.

• Bets may only be placed using available account balance. CQ9 does not extend credit facilities of any kind.
• Game rules for each individual title are accessible within the game interface. Players should review applicable rules before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical failure during live gameplay, CQ9's system logs constitute the authoritative record for resolving disputes.
• CQ9 reserves the right to suspend specific games or betting markets for scheduled maintenance, regulatory compliance review, or at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CQ9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC, or any communication with CQ9 personnel.
• Registering or operating more than one CQ9 account simultaneously.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or co-ordinated play with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-based systems to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to CQ9 support immediately.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward CQ9 support staff or other members of the platform community.

CQ9 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all members prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. KYC is also triggered by any account activity that raises compliance flags, or upon routine account review.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include: a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Malaysian Driver's License, or Passport); a proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill or official bank statement); and a selfie photograph of the User holding the submitted ID document. Additional documents may be requested at CQ9's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in CQ9's request — typically 14 calendar days — may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until compliance is achieved. CQ9 will retain any deposits made during a KYC suspension period pending successful verification.

• All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with CQ9's Privacy Policy.
• CQ9 does not share KYC documentation with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• KYC verification typically completes within 24–48 business hours of full document submission.

CQ9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Users manage their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration reminders to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily self-exclude from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to CQ9 support and are actioned within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding Users of their session duration and net gambling activity are available on request.

All content displayed on the CQ9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, trade names, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of CQ9 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of CQ9.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CQ9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including without limitation losses arising from gambling outcomes, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised account access.

CQ9's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the three months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement limits CQ9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

CQ9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, where CQ9 determines at its sole discretion that the User has breached any term of this Agreement, has engaged in fraudulent or deceptive conduct, or where continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon account termination for cause, CQ9 reserves the right to void any outstanding Bonus Funds balances. Real Money Funds will be returned to the User via the original payment method following completion of any pending compliance review, provided the funds are not subject to investigation or legal hold.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to CQ9 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which CQ9 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through CQ9's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by CQ9.

Nothing in this Agreement prevents CQ9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or platform integrity.

CQ9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, CQ9 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should cease use of the Platform and contact CQ9 support to initiate account closure.
